After clearing a part of the clients home we rebuilt it with two luxury bathrooms, a minimalist German-inspired kitchen, a spacious pantry, and a refreshed dining room with exposed ceilings that celebrate the character of the home. The result is a space that feels both brand new and deeply personal.
Original Space
For us, the kitchen is always the heart of the home, and in this remodel, we wanted to make it a centerpiece that combines modern elegance with everyday functionality. We designed a minimalist, German-inspired kitchen that emphasizes clean lines, smart storage, and a warm yet sleek aesthetic. The cabinetry features flat-panel doors with modern pulls, designed for a clutter-free look that keeps the focus on the form of the space. Stainless steel appliances blend seamlessly into the cabinetry, giving the kitchen a professional-grade finish without sacrificing style.
One of our favorite touches is the wooden cubby seating nook built into the kitchen, perfectly positioned by a large window. It’s an inviting spot for a quiet cup of coffee, a book, or simply enjoying the view outside. It’s these details that make a house feel like home.
Luxury Bathrooms and Open Ceilings
We designed two luxury bathrooms in this remodel, each with its own calming and modern aesthetic. Walk-in showers with frameless glass, sleek vanities with clean lines, lit up mirrors, and high-end fixtures make these bathrooms feel like spa retreats. Finally the dining room received a complete refresh, with one key feature: an exposed ceiling that add character and warmth. Instead of covering up the home’s history, we highlighted it, creating a unique backdrop that blends rustic charm with modern finishes.
